Terrible Customer Relations and Contract Terms
We wanted to cancel our hosting service due to the fact that the server we had in there was of no longer of use to us anymore. We were 3 months into the new billing term and they asked us to buyout the rest of the term due to the contract. Almost $10,000 to get out of the contract with 9 months left until the end of the term. 9 months of services we were never going to use! Mind you, we aren't a new client, this was the 3rd term and we had to pay our way out to terminate the service. They really have no regard for customer relations or servicing the customer at all. Apparently we are not "month-to-month" but an annual contract, hence we have to pay up. STAY AWAY from this company and look elsewhere.
