Digital Ocean offers a good selection of different services. There droplets perform great. Their interface is simple and easy to use. All of that is worthless because of absolutely terrible support. Don't use this service if uptime is critical. Been waiting over 7 hours for a reply to my trouble ticket. No phone support.

Unbelievable poor support
As a new user you are unable to use SMTP-relays. Even G-Suite one. You must wait for 60 days before they will review your account again. Tell me how should i work with customers without email these days?
