I have been using Ethical Hosting for ten years. It is about time I tell others how amazing John has been in all that time. I have sent him countless urgent emails needing technical help. Not only has he replied to each and every one, sometimes he replies within minutes. If I find his answer a little above my head, I'll let him know and again within minutes, he'll send me an explanation that reaches down to my level without ever making me feel like I'm a dummy.
