Ethical Host

When I was looking for website hosting some seven years ago, I had decided that I wanted to patronize a Canadian company, and after doing a fair bit of research and reading a number of reviews, narrowed my choices to include Ethical Hosting. The fact that the company is ‘green’ easily finalized my decision. Over the years, there have been several occasions on which I required assistance, and my issues always seemed to arise during evenings or on weekends. But despite Ethical’s website indicating standard open hours of 9-5, Mon.-Fri., I never had to wait more than 30 minutes for a response and an accompanying solution. This level of commitment to service is truly exceptional. John, it’s a reassuring pleasure knowing that you’re ‘there’.
