January 16, 2013I've been using FastNext service for about year now. I signed up for their reseller plan to add hosting services to my web design services. For someone who was just getting started, their price are very competitive. But what I love about FastNext besides affordability, reliability and uptime are their tech support. They are very helpful, super friendly and fast in responding. I highly recommend this company!

July 25, 2011The technical service is great and really attentive. Fast Next really wins at price-quality service. It's cheap and reliable (but not 100%), although a few problems I had were always solved really promptly.

June 14, 2010First, I think their offer price is good. But their customer service is BAD, their response is too long and do not keep track all and reply all my issues. I usually send email request support many times about an issue. Maybe they don't care support the customers outside US, as asia. I'm not pleasure about them.

September 04, 2009I have many sites currently hosted with FastNext, BOTH using VPS and also Shared Web Hosting to support some professional business web projects that I'm hired to do, as well as my own personal business and leisure sites; I'm not listing them here however to prevent BOTS from getting my URLs... I have NO down-time with these guys- if there is ever an issue and I enter a support ticket, they reply back IMMEDIATELY and I swear to God I've never once been told "we can't do that". Price, performance, FAST-quality-support, reliability, respect, knowledge, reasonable pricing, and understanding are just some of the attributes that I associate with this great company, and I'm glad I found them 3 years ago. I'm here to say they're great and I'm TRYING to help out both you, and FastNext succeed just as they've helped me out the same way time and time again now, and I'm long overdue for a great review for them. You at least owe it to yourself to give them a shot!!!!! Thanks again

May 27, 2009At first I would like to say thank you to webhostinggeeks for an opportunity to write my opinion about the web hosting company I am currently using. FastNext is reliable web hosting providers, who offers good price for a quality services. As everybody they sometimes have some problems and issues, but the main thing is support ! Which is outstanding! I can recommend them to everybody! Also they have not only 30 days back money guarantee, but they will refund you the money for the unused time (if you will buy the package for more then a month). :)))

May 21, 2009if you want to start a business, then FastNext is the company you need for that. I have the plan with them called Easy Start, this is a reseller plan for 42$ per year. Support is cool and friendly, always trying to be polity and helpful. Whenever package you will buy it will be absolutly fully managed, even if it costs 5$ per month or VPs, they will never told you that it's not they problem!

As I understood from forum rules, the main thing is to be honest, so I wil try to proceed with this as much as I can. Yes, I can recommend fastNext to everyone, as I am currently using they service and very happy with them. The beggest thing I like is that they attitude towards they client. For me the best host is somebody who can tread you as a friend and not like a money pocket. And these guys are the best in this. So I just can advice you to try and then you will be posting here the same replys about them:)

As you can find from my scores , the only thing as for my opinion you should do better is the Software updates. April 17, 2009They are the best company I ever used. I was hosting at Midphase/Anhosting(sucks)->GoDaddy(last time they have bad service and bad support)-> JustHost (just HORRIBLE)->FastNext I think that they are great and you should try them. SSH access for free (you just need to open a ticket with the request to enable it), you need some exclusive PHP,GEM, ruby module... if it won't broke server's security they will install it for you. You can try them and will see that they are awesome!

April 16, 2009I was on many hosters, such as Midphase aka JustHost and they are horrible. My way of client is Midphase (sucks)->GoDaddy (not bad but last few month something strange with them :()->JustHost (sucks)->Fastnext, good good and one more time goooood :). Guys you are great as I understood from the posting type firstly you were not good, but for the last time you are fantastic and I saw only goood words about your company. Be honest! -> THEY ARE GREAT!!! also one more thing they are paying money to affiliates, not such as many other companies, they are interested in relationship. As I said I came from JustHost, and they are not paying money to affiliates, my friend should receive more then 2000$ from them .. and NOTHING they are not replying :( FASTNEXT I LOVE YOU :p

They are helping me to resolve any issues I have and they are speaking with me as I am a friend and not a customer. They prices are also good for me. February 28, 2009Every time I chose a hosting company I always read reviews about this company beforehand. As the opinions about each hosting company are always different, I have to decide myself whether this company suits me or not. When I first visited Fastnext website , their Unlimited plan attracted my attention.I must say that the resources they offer with the unlimited plan are quite good and the price is rather affordable. As for the customers service and support, I should say that they are always promt and give real solutions of the problem within short time periods. Even if the problem needs further investigation, they try to respond to the ticket within 10-15 minutes to inform the custoimer that he should wait for some time. Most of all I liked their control panel called Multimanager( it is similar to WHM).Though sometimes it is slow, but you are able to create a separate account(with cpanel) for each of your client. So at the moment I am satisfied with their service.

February 28, 2009Hi all, I need to say that as for me this company is pretty good. I have several shared accounts, VPS servers and a lot of dedicated servers. I need to say that they are very fast in replies, good answers fantastic servers and software. If you want to have some not standard software or modules they will install them. About dedicated servers, they will help you with anything you need, even if you crashed all configuration (as I did one time :() they will help you to resolve you problems as soon as possible. Yes, they always asking what I did wrong, I'm sure or not. But some time it can help. Because in one moment I want some changes and in 5 minutes I don't need them.
