    Terrible company, doesn't care at all

    Customer support is abysmal. They 'accidentally' overbilled me by $400, and it took me 3 lengthy phone calls to get anything done, and I still have only received a partial payment. As a Canadian client, they billed me in USD using an exchange rate, but then they use a LOWER rate when refunding! every penny they can squeeze out, they will.
