lack of integrity
I was with this company 6 years. I am closing down my business. I CANCELLED my account in January 2016, effective March 23. I have 2 emails confirming this arrangement. Then in February FatCow auto renewed my account and charged my credit card. I complained and my credit account was reimbursed and another email confirming my account will be closed and there will be no future fees. Then on March 8th, my account was again automatically renewed and my credit card charged again. when i complained again they said they will cancel my account immediately but then said it was their policy to not reimburses my credit card. So I am paying for a year's service that they will not supply and which I do not want. Their product maybe alright but they use every trick and falsehood to force you to keep renewing their services even when you do not want it.
