They are Bad. Really, really, bad.
Stay Away. Just got off chat with Vimal V. He was professional but couldn't help. I cancelled both my domain renewal and my hosting service. Got an email confirmation and was reflected at Billing Central. (It is still reflected that way and if you would like to see the pics you can go to Yelp!) Even after they confirmed everything they still billed me $172. So I Googled them and they do this all the time and they have a 2 rating on Yelp! When I asked for refund Vimal said he would put a ticket in but he knew that only a portion would be refunded and not the whole thing. I explained I have the email confirmation and I have the billing screenshots as proof and he explained they wouldn't refund the domain renewal because it had already gone through. I explained I had a copy of the email and screen shots saying it wouldn't. Didn't matter. Posted the shots on Yelp!
