Fat Cow hosts my three websites. All three have been down for weeks at a time and in only one case has technical support helped restore it. One site has been down a week and they will not restore it, but insist that I handle technical matters that are outside my competence. I have spent countless hours on the phone with incompetent Indian support who really don't care and often simply repeat the problem to you. They are unwilling to fix a problem that they caused. I'm looking for another server.
