What a complete mess of a Company: all of their systems are out of synch. They transfer things they should not and bill for things they should not and are unable to fix them. I had to call the bank to cancel the charge(s) year after year as the refund(s) they claimed would be given never materialized. Speaking with billing support is an exercise in futility.
