    Fatcow is a lot of Bull

    About 2 weeks ago, I woke up to a blizzard of email saying my site was down. within about 45 minutes I figured out what the problem was. Hint it wasn't my fault. I had changed absolutely Nothing in over 2 weeks prior. Fatcow had updated, patched or changed some server software and broke my web site, with NO Notification of any changes to the server. After numerous calls and on-line chat sessions, two weeks later, it's still broke and down on Fatcow. I can't say enough about how bad FatCow Support is. Every time I call or chat, I have to explain the problem from the beginning. Apparently they don't have a trouble tracking system worth a nickel. You can't even see your open trouble ticket from their control panel. They also will not let you, me or anyone talk to anyone at Level 2 or 3. And the Level 2 or 3 people won't talk to you either, if they actually exist. Quite frankly, I have moved the first of several sites away from FatCow. Oh, and in my phone calls, they started getting defensive and very unapologetic. Guess their ego's are too big for their ........ If you're looking for a hosting provider, look somewhere else.
