This client was always having password problem. He didn't keep his billing login details stored somewhere in his computer. Every month he used to delay the payment and so the account gets suspended. Then he comes to us and we reset the password and he make the payment.
I am sure the client will accept that its been months he got problem with our hosting because he has stored the password and payments are done before due date.
So, its not a problem in our company but was from client.
