    Deceptive Auto-Renew Practices

    Be careful when reviewing your account settings for payment. I purchased a domain with 2 emails as a package for a one year term. I stopped auto-renew on one of the emails and let the domain expire. I then got an email confirming my auto-renewal of the second email address, despite the fact that the domain had been cancelled and no email, was even possible. Because I had cancelled one of the 2 emails purchased as a package, I thought they'd both be terminated. So I see this as a way of stealthily getting an auto-renewal from me. I missed two years worth since I got so many notice of expirations on the domain I began to not pay attention, thinking I had already cancelled both emails. I did get a notice and 10 days later was billed. WHen I called customer service, they refunded the second year charge of $59.88.
