Awful Customer Service - Money Hungry
I had a CC set up in automated billing but that CC was stolen and shut down. I missed two failed billing attempts in my inbox -- probably because I receive so many damn emails from them that they got lost in the junk. After 26 days (even though they told me over the phone that the fee was because it had been over 30 days since payment), they took down my website without any notice - no email, no phone call, just took it down. I didn't even realize it was down until I went to the site myself and saw that it was down. Then when I called to update my CC info and renew my hosting they told me there was an $80-$150 fee to re-enstate the website that THEY took down without warning. They lost me as someone who would have been a lifelong customer over an $80 fee. Horrible horrible business if you ask me.
