    Don't waste your time

    This company is too busy trying to upsale you than to provide any real customer service. They are happy to take your money, but lean back on the good ole "it was in the terms of our agreement" BS. They litterally cost my company thousands of dollars in lost revenue.. the customer service is horrible. I called because i was unable to submit a subsequent bid during an auction. The response said I had to login to submit a bid. I was actually already logged in. I logged out and back in again and was stiĺ unable to submit a bid. Each time it did this until I lost the auction. When i explained it to customer service, they were like a broken records and kept saying, we can reset your password. I kept telling them that i was already logged in, but they refused to listen. Ultimately, i ended up paying for a service I did not receive and they refused a refund. The domain name I lost is now litteraly going to cost me 400 times the original amount. Just save your time and money and find a reputable business to work with. Otherwise you will end up on the short end..
