    I had a website hosting with them. I was on a monthly plan. I forgot to pay my bill whose due date was 13th october. I paid it on November 1. Now they tell me that I can only use it till 13th November. But think about it! My site went down on 14th October so if they didn't keep it alive for this duration then why should they charge me for that. They should give me till November 30th. I am not on a yearly plan but monthly! Anyway, I contacted their support and they just kept saying sorry according to our policy, You just have 13 days till your next payment. Had they kept my site alive from 14th October to 31st October, I would have accepted it as I would received the full service of 1 month. But since they took down my site, they have no right to strip away 15 days from my subscription. I am closing my accounts and filing a legal complaint against GoDaddy. I request all of you to please consider other hosting services. Also, their tech support sucks, I diagnosed the problem and I fixed it myself whenever there was a problem in their server. Both sales and tech support sucks!
