    Beware of Automatic Renewals...Good Luck Getting Your Money Back...

    My complaint is more with GoDaddy's refund policy than it is with their service. I was on a two year automatic renewal and forgot about it until after my account was charged. When I contacted GoDaddy to get a refund or a pro-rated refund two weeks later, they said I wasn't eligible for any money back since they only give you a five day window. Seriously, five days? I think it's unfair they feel it's their prerogative to keep everything when I'm not even using their service anymore. Shame on me for thinking they're a reasonable or friendly company. It's all about the money--as usual.
