Worst hosting on the planet
Seriously the worst support I've ever experienced. It's almost criminal and at a minimum unethical. I'm a digital marketer and very tech savvy. From time to time I need to access clients godaddy accounts and not one time has it been easy. Its always *at least* a 30 minute wait to get with support. Then they're no help whatsoever and try to upsell you on every little detail. I asked the guy to deactivate a plugin (long story but I couldn't access the dashboard and he was already in it). He literally said "sorry, I'm not a WordPress developer..." I'm like, its a button you press bud - not rocket science. He then offered to sell me a support package for the plugin to be turned off which was $50...Maybe that works for the many customers you're unethically taking advantage of but I'll just click the button when I get back and save the $50. As I'm writing this review even, I've been on hold for the last 30 minutes and I'm still #13 in line for an update that's making it impossible to log into my clients site. If you're considering godaddy, let me give you my 2 cents - I've built many, MANY websites and worked with all different hosting providers. Godaddy is the absolute last one I would ever use. Siteground and wpx hosting are the best in my experience. Siteground customer support has never taken more than 1 minute to have me chatting with someone. On top of that, its SSL hosting (faster than godaddy) and cheaper.
