What a total bunch of pirates. They will continue to charge for services I specifically asked to have removed. They set up 5 year automatic payments then give zero grace period if the payment method is expired by the bank in that time. They then serve up ($100+) charges to get the site back up. When asked to talk to management I get the ole plank walk (they call it a ticket). When asked for a mailing address I get the old "We aren't at liberty" 14455 N Hayden Rd. Ste. 219 Scottsdale, AZ 85260. Apparently Google is at liberty. I wonder if they do web hosting.
