Bad Product Knowledge, unhelpful to solve problem they caused. I am a local business. I needed a ".com.au" domain. But they took advantage of my lack of knowledge, and sold me a ".net" - knowing fully well that I am a local wellness and counselling business, not a telephony. They sold me 3 years' worth of it!! A request for refund was ignored again and again!
