Terrible attitude towards customers
I woke this morning to discover the email service i had enjoyed for the past 5 years disconnected. No notification or warning.
On contacting GoDaddy customer service i was told the freebie 5 years had expired and it was in the original agreement that incidentally they could not find a copy of that usage would cease without notice.
On a separate issue i was billed twice for the same domain name and paid twice. They would not refund my overpayment as there system didn't have that flexibility.
Overall a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
I would not recommend anybody uses their service.
