Difficult to Cancel
I had GreenGeeks for six years (2010-16), but the last year they kept blocking our domain and I would have to sign into customer service constantly to have our account unblocked. It was annoying and I finally decided to change providers. I contacted customer service to cancel the account with plenty of time before my expected renewal. But, apparently, I didn't cancel the account correctly. They have exactly one way to cancel your account and if you don't follow their steps precisely, they won't honor the cancellation. So, they billed me for 3 years I won't use (almost $200). I disputed the charge, but they convinced my credit card that I didn't cancel properly and I am being forced to pay for service I am not now receiving.
