Paid then had account suspended
I got an email in the middle of the night titled "first notice of payment overdue". I pay the bill within 5 minutes.
Less than 10 minutes later all my accounts are suspended anyways.
I attempt to call, but it's after business hours. I attempt to use their "chat now", but again, after business hours.
I don't know what night crew sends "first notices" and then suspends accounts 10 minutes later.
VERY POOR customer service, and NOT user friendly.
