    Great support & features for the price

    I've created a couple accounts through Hole In The Wall and I've been really happy. The couple times I needed help they were on the ball, responding fairly quickly and more importantly they understood my questions (one about htaccess changes, the other related to increasing capacity for one of the accounts) and addressed them on the first attempts. I have been with them long enough to have the accounts auto-renew and this doesn't bother me - I suppose a pre-renewal notification would have been nice, but I've always had hosting accounts auto-renew (for instance HostMonster renews automatically for a 3-year term, which I'm not a fan of). I'd also be really surprised if they were unwilling to refund the money upon cancellation, but that's only speculation since I'm happy with my accounts. Reliability/performance has been fine and what you'd expect for a low-cost shared environment.
