    AVOID. Thought I could trust them.

    Okay, so first - the chat support staff have no knowledge of servers or any technical things they are delivering support on. Secondly, I've been double billed by them multiple times. And WORST OF ALL, I've had unexplained periods of time where my site just completely goes offline and lags, I talked to tech support who "SWORE" that it was an issue with my optimization, however he didn't understand a SINGLE technical term I explained to him - like the difference between "Server waiting time" which was over 1.5 minutes, and how a 2mb site shouldn't need to be "optimized" just because he plugs the domain into an SEO tool. He argued with me, then finally ran a speed test and realized it was slow. He looked into it for an hour and then passed me off to someone else who said " it's not slow now, i can't do anything". just AVOID!
