    Intentionally over-bill

    The company knowingly direct debited hosting fees for a service that I cancelled 13 earlier. They claim they sent A SINGLE email indicating additional steps needed to take to "fully" cancel the hosting package. This is both deceptive and intentionally weak customer support favoring the opportunity to over bill. Hopefully I will be able to start a class action lawsuit to protect other Host Gator clients from falling victim to the deceptive practices. I have already contacted over a dozen other victims and I am sure there are more.
