Downhill: Eliminated Customer Loyalty Department
I have had Hostgator for many years now. In the last year I noticed the customer service has gotten worse and worse, and there is no benefit to being a loyal customer. I was informed today by customer service that the company completely eliminated their Customer Loyalty Department. A whole department dedicating to valuing its customers GONE! I was told lthat no other department took over their responsibilities! In addition, I have to pay more money for the same service.. Not being valued as a loyal customer is enough for me to switch from this company. Having to pay such high prices is another.
