    Horrrible Support & Service, Don't Host with them

    I have same experience with other people here, I am under Business plan that I pay for 3 years, I was using their free SSL. But I didn't know that actually they are providing free for one year only, come on. At least you should notify to our email saying the SSL is expiring, but there's none. So the site is giving unsecure error to user now if they access with https. So I bought another SSL cert from third party and it's compulsory to ask their support to install for us with extra 10 dollar charge, that is fine. But I have to be in the queue, they said it will take days to install this. WTH ?? The site is currently causing error when browsed with SSL. Horrible.... Don't host with them if you don't want further suffering. I chat with many support guy they can't help and just ask me to wait, call up also hopeless. Even the chat or call, you specify "technical support" but they are unable to support us technically, only able to create ticket and direct to another department. Those technical support is just aesthetic. Also when I fill up my cert information into the form request for ssl installation, the system put me in the wrong queue for 10 hours, that's only after I keep asking why nobody is handling the ticket ? Then it's spotted by them. Horrible.
