Terrible, confusing support
My account was hacked and a $250 purchase was placed on my credit card. To cut a long story short, it took weeks, multiple emails, calls and chats to get it resolved. Support multiple and inconsistent staff gave conflicting answers and make the entire ordeal much more stressful. Thankfully I did eventually get my money back.
