Don't bother
Hostgator's tech support is the worst I've experienced. The chat center and even the phone support which is state side has no ability to actually help you. They promise satisfaction over and over, yet are incapable of solving the problem. After being a paying customer for years and years, Hostgator shutdown my site and erased information without contacting me me know. They can't explain why and are incapable or unwilling to help rectify the situation in a timely manner resulting in lots of lost revenue. Unacceptable.
