We're sad to hear that Mr. Asparro wasn't happy with our services. The services that Mr. Asparro were requesting are not a part of the hosting package that he chose, so they would be considered add on services and do require an additional fee. We can understand the disappointment, but we're clear up front about what is included in our packages.
We know that our 45 day refund policy is very generous and is more than most web-hosting companies offer. We know that Mr. Asparro isn't happy to not be getting a refund, but we stand by our refund policies. Mr Asparro is always welcome to come back, at any time, and use the services for the remainder of his contract.
