Great hosting service with tremendous speed! I have hosted my website with Hostgator India for almost a year. I am not an IT expert and therefore depend on external providers to manage the configuration needed. So far the service has been good. No downtime, relatively responsive (and almost always knowledgeable) support. If I need access to the website error log, I can request additional support by raising a ticket.
