Embarrassing customer service
The first two years were fine.
The second year, they sent a bill, I paid it, they sent a bill, I paid it, they sent a bill, I sent evidence I paid, they said ignore the automated messages...this went on for months. In the end I paid twice what was billed.
Then my access to my e-mail stopped, bad certificate. I asked them to check the certificate, they told me to change my password. I said I can't get to the cpanel, there's a certificate error, I provided evidence, they told me they could get in fine, lol, whatever.
Their entire tech support department should be fired.
DO NOT USE HOSTLATTE! Find a service that provides what it advertises.
