    Avoid like the plague

    I recommended HM to a client for an emergency provider move (previous provide seems to be going out of business.) After 4 day getting everything up and running, it turns out HM assigned them an IP that is currently on multiple black list servers, so many of their emails are being rejected. Wen I contact HM Tech Support, I was told it would take a WEEK to assign a new IP. When I asked if this could be expedited as this was a brand new account, they said no. When I sked them to contact the blacklist servers, they said that would be my problem. Their attitude is terrible, and their technical support people are a joke. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got a "that's just the way it is" response. Find a RESPONSIBLE company! to give your money to. one that cares about your business.
