    Worst service I've ever had

    We have been with HostMonster for several years and while they have been a bit pricey, the service was pretty decent and tech support was as helpful as they could be. In the past 6 months, their service has deteriorated terribly and their prices have gone through the roof. I have spent 6 hours in the past 2 days on the phone with this team and they have told me different stories, sent me to help sites that didn't work and I even had one of the techs tell me that my idea of copying and pasting an address in the search bar was a great idea. I do not work as tech support, but I can tell you that copying and pasting an address isn't something that would be a high-end skill. This company has really lost their sense of customer service and will lose this customer.
