I've also taken a look into your case and it looks like we have already adjusted and processed your cancellation & refund request.
As a long standing policy HostPapa sends an email reminder 30 days before renewal for all services we provide then all services renew automatically unless cancelled, invoices are generated 15 days ahead and charged automatically if there's a CC on file.
