    Thiefs!! not worth the horrible customer service

    Recieved an invoice for a service that was never set as an auto renewal. Invoice was due Jul 24 but Hostpapa thiefs decided to take money 3 weeks early. Why not the CEO needs it more than me right. Painful chat after painful chat they withhold refunding your money. Not my problem attitude and make it harder than easier for you. Couldn't believe it. To the poor souls that work in the customer service team please note. Ive had my share of bad jobs. Just because you hate yours doesn't mean you can give a bad service. Amateur all over. Never would use again. Avoid like the plague. Positive reviews are probs written by staff.

I'm really sorry to hear about the confusion with your account auto renewing and the poor experience you had with the customer service rep. All communication has been reviewed and the appropiate actions have been taken. I've also taken a look into your case and it looks like we have already adjusted and processed your cancellation & refund request. As a long standing policy HostPapa sends an email reminder 30 days before renewal for all services we provide then all services renew automatically unless cancelled, invoices are generated 15 days ahead and charged automatically if there's a CC on file.
