Host papa has been my hosting company for over 10 years and has always been very helpful with tech support when I need it. THe server has never gone down to my knowledge, nor affected my sites. Price is pretty good and they can usually guide me through tech problems as they arise.

With the tools provided to build your own web sites make it easy and support is great if require any assistant.

I was given the opportunity to create a website for a not-for-profit organization, I took a couple of wordpress courses and started to research host providers. I received recommendations from other website administers, but after doing a lot of research I selected HostPapa, initially because of the price comparison. I have no experience whatsoever with a host provider and producing a website so I made a lot of errors at the beginning of my project. HostPapa's support team was both patient and extremely helpful. They continue to help me whenever I do something amateurish, they don't even laugh at me. I am very glad I selected HostPapaI not only fro the price but also for their excellent customer service and technical support.

Even though I only recently started my own website (I use HostPapa for the domain and hosting), they have been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Each time I had a question or a problem to solve, the responds were quick, and problems were solved. The price is by far the best for people with low budget considering what you are getting in the long run. Sitebuilder is also very easy to use once you get hang of it. If you need a website for lifetime (or just for a long number of years), don't know anything about coding, want quality service then HostPapa is the best option for you!

I have been with HostPapa for 7 years and never regretted it. It was not my first hosting experience, but the most reliable so far. I have hosted between 3 and 10 domains and different websites at different times simultaniously and never experienced any difference. Applications selection is good for my needs and I never really had a need for anything more. Tech support was engaged a few times for various reasons, but I was getting things sorted out at impressive pace. Well done.

I was looking to move to new hosting because of cost, and decided on HostPapa, based on good reviews I found. Transferring my domain had its challenges, but support was very quick and helpful, and it went through without a hitch. Since then, there have been no issues with my site. Lately I've been setting up an addon domain, and support and help for this has been great. The online help is good, and guided me through the set up, and chat sessions sorted out additional questions I had. Support is so important in matters where knowledge is lacking, and hostpapa have exceeded expectations. Thanks

The thing about HostPapa is I almost never interact with them. And that's a good thing. I've used a few different web hosting companies over the past 20 years but HostPapa has consistently provided the most reliable service and when I have had an issue, their support staff has been quick and efficient. I create my own web sites and upload them via ftp or the file manager (both work as they should) so I can't speak to any of the software provided but I did set up a Wordpress Blog and that was very quick and easy. I really have no complaints. I would recommend HostPapa to anyone looking for a web host.

I have been with Hostpapa since 2011. It started out with one domain and now I run 8. There has never been a serious issue of any type with the office or tech support. The price is excellent for the service provided. Up time is better than 99.9%. The people that run the place are very helpful and do their best to answer any questions in a respectful manner.
