As a small start-up we had tried a number of VPS services before Host Sailor, and it is shocking that anyone can have given anything lower than excellent rating for the stellar service they deliver. In comparison and for the price, we have enjoyed a stable uptime (confirmed by Uptime Doctor) for over 1 year now. Whenever they do maintenance relatively infrequently, the instance is up and running again in no time. Host Sailor technical support is responsive and knowledgeable. A techie myself, I had no difficulty negotiating a free IP swap where our existing encrypted VPS instance had to be transferred; all went smoothly and to our satisfaction aided by Alexander Freeman and the support team. Highly recommended!
