    Cancellation process is bad

    When you try to cancel before the 90 day trial, be prepared to spend some time. There's no "cancel" > "click to confirm" button. There's a, email us, call us, or chat with us situation. Nice people, but technically, it shouldn't be so time consuming. I believe it's a deterrent method.
