Great Company - even better Customer Service
It is rare that I have any issues, but when I do it is because of my lack of understanding and not a system issue. The last time I was in need of help, Jake, knew exactly what I was talking about and knew what information I needed to correct the issue before I go to ask him if they had any instructions already setup. That is great customer service! A few years past I did customer service for a Fortune 100 company so I have a good sense of what is and is not customer service. I have never once had a bad experience with sales or technical staff. They have always been there, even in the middle of the night willing to help me. Because of this fact I have no intention of finding another host because they exceed my expectations!
