Poor service, quality problems, and unethical billing practices
After managing several web sites on iPage over the last five years, I have finally decided to move my business. The customer service is inadequate with long wait times by telephone and chat. The system has multiple failures with creating and managing accounts. Finally, the billing practices are intended to maximize charges with deceptive strategies. For example, the extra services are billed despite turning them off multiple times in the control panel. My advice is to stay away from iPage.
