Worst experience ever
Twice this company failed to send us a renewal bill (with all of our
contact info up to date and current) so we get to find out that a bill
is due when our website and email disappears. Beyond the phone
number and current multiple email address' they had on file, do
you think they might try to contact us or send out a bill though the
emails associated with the actual website that they are hosting?
Not hese guys. When we try to switch to another provider they
threaten us with having to deal with our website and email being
down for several days to complete it. We ignorantly stayed with
them only to be disconnected again. Stay far away - they cost my
company thousands in administrative costs.
