    Been trying to cancel my hosting with them for over a month but they keep stringing me along with stupid questions. charged my card over 3 weeks before the hosting was set to expire and then when I told them I wanted to cancel they came up with every excuse in the world not to refund the $119 they charged me. Tech support is terrible -- no one knows what to do whenever you have a problem and they always pass the buck. Billing is a nightmare. So glad I went with a different service for another couple of domains. Streamlined, personal, friendly, helpful. Everything Ipower is NOT.
