Never ending bills
Canceled about 40 exchange email accounts with them in June of 2017. Their billing system seems to be separate from their services. Canceled all future bills that showed on the account. Three months later got another set of charges. It kept happing. Had to fight with them for 9 months. No refunds. Their customer service people are like salesmen. Very very nice right up to the min you ask for a refund.
As for their techs. MS exchange is not easy stuff. It was no shocker that they were of no help when we were moving the accounts to Microsoft.
