Hello Kyle, I'm sorry that you were part of that outage. We work hard to minimize hardware issues that would result in downtime. Unfortunately, we can't predict when a hardware failure will occur. However, when it does happen, we work quickly on a resolution to minimize customer downtime and to prevent data loss. When something like this happens, the best place to stay on top of what is happening is our status blog. You can check this at any point during an outage as we update it regularly throughout any outage.
