So for the 4th time I call and get a Customer NO SERVICE rep who lies to me and tells me the problem has been sent to the a top tier support and the issue will be resolved within hours.
But NO, it isn't. In fact I don't get an email or a call letting me know my ticket has been resolved. NO, nothing but lip service from a bunch of liars.
What does a person have to do to get this matter resolved?
