    JustHost's only interest is your payment

    JustHost teamed up w/ SiteLock. Doesn't ask permission & scans your site and files. Any file with pph they automatically flag it as malware whether it is or isn't then deactivates your site and don't bother to inform you of it. In my case it's a site I use solely to house my portfolio and a sub-domain with no interactivity. 6 months went by w/no communication but I got the 'Its time to re-subscribe' pitch. Once I found out the site instructed me to go through so-called CS support. Email gets only auto-response 'We received your query and will take 24 to 48 hrs to get back to you' Not true. No response to Nov 15th email. Their next tactic is make you call the 800# and contact 'Terms of Service' Dept, The call is to an automated line where there are only 3 options; Tech/Sales/Billing. Tech offers 7 options. Security is the only viable choice and it takes you to SiteLock who charges >$100 to fix your site. The kicker: they can't reactivate if you fixed it yourself, only JustHost can.
