    Three years ago I signed up for web hosting and email hosting through Ehost, On August 13, 2018 My email stopped functioning. I spent a total of 12 hours calling the company that purchased the consumers from the now defunct ehost company. Finley, after over 10 calls to the company Just Host, I was informed in order to get my emails back up and running I would need to pay a total of 469.00. I explained to Cameron, the supervisor, that I have already paid for a three year term with my original domain host, Ehost. He then informed me he would get back t me, which he never did. I called again and spoke to a gentleman by the name of AJ, he was much more receptive then the other 15 people I had already spoken to today. He explained that my term of three years had expired on July 1, 2018, according to the billing department, I would need to at least pay for a month of hosting for a total of 16.99. He advised me that this would allow me to begin receiving emails again. I told him my concern, is that know one had the respect to contact me via email, and tell me that the acquired ehost and I need to renew my subscription. I have n=been without emails for over 48 hours, this is affecting my business. I don't understand how a company can take over a company and not inform the subscribers. Also I feel like they are holing my emails hostage to extort money from me and other consumers. PLEASE HELP
