    Worst customer service and outrageous hidden fees

    I rented a cheap $7/month virtual server for around half a year by LeaseWeb. I pre-paid LeaseWeb services every month in advance, then switched to another project and forgot about LeaseWeb. Although LeaseWeb obviously suffered no losses (since they always charge in advance) they found it appropriate to charge me $150 dollars (equivalent of ~22 months usage of the same server + plus $7 for the next month). If you consider using LeaseWeb as your service provider you should make sure to inform yourself about the outrageous hidden costs the company may impose on you. Recently, when I again needed a virtual server and ordered one by LeaseWeb, they first lots of personal documents (copy of a credit card, copy of my passport and my proof of address). Ok, I provided it all the same day and expected the standard VM be ready within 24h. However, even in 3 days the machine wasn't there... And only after numerous emails initiated from my side (why??) and only replied with a significant delay it
