    LiquidWeb sold customers without informing us

    LiquidWeb sold my site to without letting me know and without giving me the chance to upgrade to a more expensive service. They said they sent me a message, but I cannot find it in my email, including junk mail. I had to change the DNS for my site ...reconfigure my email accounts ... just to be online and then when I called DeluxeHosting to get advice about how to upload content, I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I gave up and tried their online chatting system. It was down. I called LiquidWeb to ask what I could do and they said I could come back as a NEW customer, going through all the pain and expense of transferring the site back to them. Until they sold my account, I was very happy with LiquidWeb. I would have bought a more expensive account to stay with them. But now I feel betrayed and looking for another hosting service
